It’s that time of year when we always start thinking about waxing our skis ready for a jaunt to the Sierra Nevada ski resort, only an hour and forty five minutes from us door to door. Our amazing local ski resort is the most southerly ski resort in Europe it has 111 kilometres of pistes and 124 pistes. Not just that, it has a great snow record and some fabulous skiing too as well as great scenery to match. Who’d have thought that living in Sunny Andalucia we can ski in the morning and sunbathe in the afternoon, and even sneak in a cheeky dinner in Granada on the way home!
