Property inspection

From €20 per visit

This includes:-

Key holding

Inspect security of all windows and doors

Visual exterior and interior inspection

Flush all toilets, run all taps and showers to leave fresh water in the pipes

Watering of house plants

Check post box

Make keys available to tradesman

Keep owner advised of any property issues

Cleaning packages for guest arrivals & departures

Standard cleaning package

Prices from 30 euros

Anything larger price on application

This includes:-

Sweep/Hoover and mop all floors

Makeup / strip beds

Clean and disinfect bathrooms

Cleaning of all kitchen appliances, kitchen sink, kitchen cupboards inside and out

Overall dusting

Empty bins
